Triton is home to a fun-filled series of ‘C’ shows running monthly from March to November. The shows include hunter derbies, Halloween costume parades, and an annual equitation cup. We are also home to a winter jumper series.

Show Fees are as follows:

$20 per class
$75 schooling/coaching fee
$15 office fee
$25 stall fee

Annual Triton Stables Equitation Finals!
The Triton Stables Equitation Finals is held at the end of our show series every year. Riders will accumulate points all year in equitation classes in their respective divisions and the top riders, who have shown in at least 3 different shows in our yearly series, will be invited to compete in the Equitation Finals. At the finals, qualifying riders will first complete an over-fences course. The riders with the highest scores after the over-fences phase will be asked back to complete a flat phase. After the flat phase, the highest scoring riders will complete a test. The competition is open to riders competing at 18 inches and higher, and may be split at the discretion of the show based upon height and number of qualifying exhibitors. This is great practice for riders that may want to compete in NCHJA Equitation finals or any other high-level equitation class at some point in their career!

Triton Stables Derbies and Costume Parade

The Triton Stables derbies, including a Wee Derby and a costume Derby, have become a highlight of the showing season! Our annual Halloween Costume Parade is a favorite as riders dress up with their horses and ponies for a silly and spooky parade!

NCHJA Membership Reminder
Please make sure to renew your membership with the NCHJA to accumulate points towards a year-end NCHJA award that you could receive at their banquet. Renew or purchase your first NCHJA membership at their website. Both young entry and long stirrup are now NCHJA rated and eligible for year-end rewards so everyone is encouraged to join.

Winter Jumper Series

The popular Triton Winter Jumper Series is a monthly show in December, January, and February of each year. These shows are a great chance to try something new, practice skills, and have a lot of fun! Prizes are given at the conclusion of the series. More information to come.
